With the development of air-conditioning industry and innovation, air conditioning has become an important part of modern architecture, China has become a big country of air-conditioning manufacturing, and become the world’s air conditioner manufacturing base, production and sales volume ranks first in the world. But some well-known brands such as GREE air conditioning focus mainly on air conditioning products R & D, raw materials, quality, sales and other upstream parts, but the installation of air conditioning services, after-sales service and other directly to the end consumer concerns is not enough, resulting in a lot of problems in the installation of air conditioning air conditioning in GREE. Therefore, air conditioning manufacturers need to implement customer satisfaction improvement strategy.Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and international customer satisfaction theory and various typical customer satisfaction model theory. Secondly, according to the American customer satisfaction index and GREE household air conditioning installation industry characteristics, the paper constructs a GREE household air conditioning installation service customer satisfaction evaluation model, and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis.Finally through the above empirical analysis results, summed up the Gree air-conditioning installation, main characteristics and influence factors of service and customer satisfaction. Finally, it puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of household Gree air-conditioning service customer satisfaction, and points out that the analysis of the existing deficiencies and future research direction for the following study.
