The Research Of Iron And Steel Enterprise Integrated Performance Evaluation System Based On EVA

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the enterprise’s modern management concept has also been updated. The effective performance evaluation of enterprises has been more and more attention. Traditional accounting data in performance evaluation of enterprise is more and more inadequate, the account of the false accounting profit and the fake phenomenon of dressing of accounting data in the current is increasing. For the manipulate profits, the business operators’short-term behavior possibility do harm to the long-term development of the enterprise. In this situation, it is necessary to introduce EVA theory to alleviate the contradiction which caused by the principal-agent behavior. Its fuction is to unify the interests of the owner and operator to solve the problems brought by the separation of ownership and managerial authority for the enterprise. SASAC started to promote EVA concept in 2010. It is the beginning of implementing the interim regulations. EVA as one of the performance evaluation index began to practical application in the enterprise. But the provisions of the EVA related accounting adjustment is relatively simple. And the interim regulations are not according to different industry characteristics to distinguish different performance evaluation standards.Therefore, on the basis of deeply analyzing the EVA theory, the paper regards the iron and steel enterprises as the research object, combined with its characteristics and the present situation of performance evaluation, and introduces the necessity of EVA related index as the basis of iron and steel enterprise performance evaluation index. At the same time, the paper improves the calculation method of EVA. In addition, by choosing three parts of non-financial index, such as the operation of the service, personnel management, environment and resource, the integrated performance evaluation system of Iron and Steel Enterprise that is based on EVA is built.Using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring, the importance of index sort is identified. By constructing judgment matrix, the comprehensive weight of each index is determined. Based on this integrated performance evalution system, taking TG company as an example, the application process of iron and steel enterprise has been elucidated. According to the actual situation completed the scoring index of TG company in 2013 and the evaluation results are briefly analyzed. And the way of the iron and steel enterprises can use more effectively comprehensive performance evaluation system based on EVA put forward my own suggestions. We hope it can provide certain reference for the practical application of methods to iron and steel enterprise performance evaluation.
