With the continuous development of information, information is more and more widely affect our work and life, some people say that in the current social environment, who can grasp the initiative, who will win the future. I think it’s right in some ways. The same to people as to companies. Look at the companies, almost each one which can have brandwidth to take advantage information, it already got into earlier. Because they know, who can occupy the information peak who will hold the future.Company F is an incorporation which mainly focus on the education on-line business field. But due to the old system and infrustructure severely blocked the business development, so company F decided to do some enhancement to improve at its current IT system. So, this article will take the F company as the research goal, based on the analysis of the company’s information system in the IT infrastructure and management, and try to prove the new technology Cloud will help F to resolve these issues.Therefore, in this paper, I will organize my contenxt by this sequence. First at all, I need to do some introduce on academic background, research goal and the thesis overall structure. And take these as the first chapter, and in this chapter I need to state some questions like what to do and why to do. Next, I need to introduce some knowledge point about IT infrustructure, IT management and Cloud ect. Becases these are the essential and will help me to extend the research accordingly. After this, I will introduce more about the object F, such as its background, product and enviroment, and throw out the questions that we need to resolve in this paper. Next, I will introduce the solution. Based on the question and the theory above, I will rise up my solution to these questions. And more state how to plan and implement these solution. This chapter should be the key chapter to help me reply how to plan and how to do.In the next two chapters I need to do some collection and statistic for this solution and see how affection it bring company F in IT infrustructure, and how affection it brings company F in IT management. And through these content introduction, I hope it can help me to state the whole paper structure for this topic.Through the cloud implement at the target company, and the futher development based on this new platform, we really helped the target company get improved at its IT architecture and application architecture. Cloud Iaa S make the original IT management system get the extreme improvement from the low utilization rate to the top, and again, based on the Saa S model, the applications from comapy F also make the greatest increasement on the effeciency. Especially on the rapid response when the changes on the business caused. By this updated, based on the Cloud IT instruction indeed helps them to reduce the cost and extremely reduce the complex of maintenance. It’s really a good solution.Retrospect this project, there are many slight-points are worth recognition. There is no doubt, it’s a very important experience for me. It not only gave me a valuable real-experience and would also help my team to face the similar projects in future. Of course, all of these merits I need to consolidate and pick up accordingly.
