With the rapid development of the Internet and people’s consumption habits gradually changed, traditional department stores offline have been reduced to "dressing room" of the online business. In this wave swept, the traditional department stores represented by Parkson have started O2O——this fusion of the real economy and online resources, the campaign of new interactive online and offline business models. Although O2 O with its own characteristics and advantages played a bigger role in the revitalization of traditional Chinese department store industry, but this effect has not really popularized.This article is based on the theory of transaction cost, theory of economies of scale, innovation theory and other e-commerce related theory, on the basis of elaborating the status quo of traditional Chinese department store industry, with Parkson by the tide to rise again as the background, not only analyzes the aspects worthy of learning of the typical O2 O e-commerce model, its remaining problems and the reasons, and further summarizes the concrete measures of how to develop traditional Chinese department store industry’s O2 O model, but also evaluates and analyzes three O2 O modes on the basis of big data perspective creatively, and then summed up the reasonable and feasible specific framework of the transformation of the traditional department store industry.
