Based on the theory of marketing and Combined with the real situation of Shanghai DS Electric Company Ltd.,this thesis presents a thorough study on sales situation of DS Electric Company Ltd. With the modren theory of PEST and SWOT analysis method,the author puts forward to improve current marketing situation through product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, service strategy and public relationship strategy from the perspective of objectivity.And help to make strategy in marketing management support system which matched the company.The suggestions for DS ElectricCompany Ltd. about management and sales strategy have been taken after the author researched the situation.Wish this findings and advices will guide the company in solving the problems they are faced with.In the last of this thesis,in order to achieved the marketing goals,it’snecessary to adjust the details on account of the changebale marketing environment.
