Econom ic developm ent and envir onm ent al protect ion ar e a lot of contradictory oppos it es aggr egate, now the process of moder nizat ion and econom ic globalizat ion, science and technology advances, abundant m at er ial wealt h in societ y at the sam e t im e gave the en vironment a gr eater challenge. Our rapid econom ic growth but als o paid a heavy pr ic e, such as uncontrolled em iss ion of pollutants, waste water, waste gas and ot her hazardous waste treatment wit hout any em iss ions, not only pollut es the environment, but also damage the ecological balance, but also on hum an health and safety caused major problems, so the envir onm ent al cost account ing have come into being. In this c ase, heavily pollut ing enter pr ises do not take into account t heir environmental costs in the short t erm to incr ease t he f inancial eff ic iency of enter pr ises, but in the long run, w ill cont inue to los e compet it iveness, thus affect ing t he company’s fut ure sustainable developm ent ability. In this context, this paper costs for the domest ic and int ernat ional envir onm ent im pacts on financ ial perform ance summar ized and r eviewed r esearch lit erature. On t he bas is of previous studies on environmental account ing and f inanc ial perf ormance have a m ore c lear underst anding, and thr ough the introduct ion descr ibes the importance and necess it y of topics; secondly, on t he bas is of theoret ic al analys is and lit erat ure review on the hypothes is of this paper, and in this building t he m odel, us ing t he hypot hes is t est, F test and T-test methods such as test ing the effect of envir onm ent al costs of heavily pollut ing ent erpr is es to the exis tenc e of financ ial perform ance and further ver if y the im pact of each element of environmental costs on f inanc ial perform ance t hrough a mult iple regress ion model strengt h, and f inally according to the empir ical results, combined w ith envir onm ent al cost structure analys is and make recomm endat ions to rat ionalize the cost of environmental expenditures. The results show that the effect of heavily pollut ing enter pr ises environmental costs on the financ ial perf orm ance of the f irst negat ive correlat ion between the degree of inf luence and w ith t he passage of t im e gradually decreas ed, and f inally gr adually turned pos it ive in a node, and t he follow ing conc lus ions:(1) environm ental costs expendit ure on f inanc ial perfor mance im pact is widespread, tot al prof it and added value of ent erpr is es with negat ive envir onm ent al costs, including environm ent al costs than the enter pr ise value sens it ivity higher gross pr of it r at io, regress ion results ar e vis ible in the calendar year changes in ent erpr ise value great ly.(2) heavy pollut ing ent erpr ises f inanc ial perfor mance and envir onm ent al costs of wastewater treatm ent, waste gas tr eat ment term environmental costs s ignif icant ly the most obvious level, f ollowed by t he remaining thr ee solid wast e managem ent and environm ent al nois e m anagement costs and ot her envir onm ent al m anagement costs decreas ed sequent ially, environment al nois e control costs and financ ial perform ance and the negat ive impact of a weaker level, the smallest chan ge over t he years.
