Mongolia is the country has vast territory located in Central Asia. A market place in Mongolia is a very insufficient, because of a few population and many business companies in market place. That is why very important to make a long-term business plan.Consumer’s satisfaction is the main parameter that how much successful is a strategy plan and marketing activities of any business company. Nowadays, understanding of consumer’s needs, their requirements, and activations for consumers are crux of the matter in marketing science.Consumer’s needs are totally different depends on their age, gender, lifestyle and interest. Also those factors are a very changeable by the passage of time. For business organizations, to know about what do consumers looking for, which kind of product and service they want from market, it is main subject of business companies. Therefore, it’s necessary developing strategic plan’to improve quality of product and service, in order to defeat rival business companies. For these reasons, to define attitude and passion of consumers is a priority issue for companies.It is possible to provide the highest level of satisfaction taken of their marketing activities that request on the basis of certain study. If the consumers satisfied on quality of products or services, business companies can keep their consumers and attract new consumers.I studied marketing activation operation of "MCS Coca-Cola" LLC for improving of activation process and made strategy plan based on research analysis of the company’s customers.There are more than 20 similar organizations with "MCS Coca-Cola" LLC, all provides similar production services. I made analysis of market and competitor among the leading 3 companies and identified the advantages and disadvantages of using SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix method.
