Accounting surplus reflects the enterprise operating results during the accounting period. Comprehensively reflects the financial position of the enterprise, it is an important corporate information disclosed, and it is listed securities prospectus departments of listed companies as well as regulatory oversight delisted delisting indicators. In recent years, some listed companies in order to obtain financing eligibility, to avoid revocation of listing qualifications, to seek benefits for earnings information management operations, and even direct financial fraud. Seriously damaged the interests of investors, but also destroy a good competitive market. Comprehensive evaluation of earnings quality analysis, Insight into the public company accounting surplus. To maintain the normal operation of the capital market order and promote healthy development of capital market environment plays an important role, while for investors to improve the accounting information more effectively protect the interests of stakeholders rights and interests.This article uses the empirical research of high-tech industry and high-tech non-listed companies a comparative analysis of earnings quality. Considering industry characteristics, we selected 13 indicators to build Earnings Quality Evaluation System. Calculated using principal component analysis the Earnings Quality Score of high-tech listed companies and non-listed companies during 2012-2104, and the results were analyzed. Study the following conclusions:(1) High-tech listed company’s overall earnings quality is higher than the level of non-high-tech listed company, and have higher stability.(2) The impact of corporate profitability and growth capacity of the main components of earnings quality are obvious. (3) Decomposition of earnings quality features found in high-tech enterprises growth, cash protection and sustainability aspects are significantly better than non-high-tech enterprises. Non-tech enterprises also need to improve the quality of earnings.
