Through the combination of theory and practice, multi-dimensional optimize purchasing management, make DTC to form strong competitiveness in the industrial chain.Although a case study of material purchasing management for DTC, but its procurement optimization solutions for many equipment manufacturers, in particular turbine industry has a certain significance.
