With the advancement of China’s economic development and the transformation of the economic system upgrade, comprehensively promote China’s banking system reform in this context, China merchants bank branch in S, for example, and combined with relevant theory of performance management S branch of performance management research and the analysis of existing problems, using the relevant theory of performance management technology based on actual management situation, put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures for S branch.In this paper on the basis of collecting and reading a large number of performance management data, to the division of the performance management process:first is the implementation of the performance plan, performance and management, performance appraisal, performance feedback, the adoption of performance appraisal results. Through the study of the actual performance management status of S branch, find the problems existing in the performance management of S branch, and according to the theory of performance management methods and technical problems are discussed and analyzed, and combined with the actual performance management situation of branch of China merchants bank S performance management improvement measures and Suggestions:first, in combination with the Banks themselves management actual performance plan, the implementation process of gradually improve performance planning, performance coaching and performance system, again for performance appraisal method gradually improve staff positions and refinement of examination mechanism. For bank performance appraisal implementation difficulties in the process of the paper also analyzed and solution is given.
