Risk Control Research On P2N Mode Of P2P Lending

P2P network lending is a new tape of lending mode on the Internet age, achieving the relationship of loan and credit on the Internet. The first P2P platform in China appears in 2007, after that time, P2P industry develops in rapid speed, the number of P2P platforms increase quickly and the number of p2p platform in problem also increase rapidly. The mode of P2P platform develop from pure intermediary to platform which provide guarantee, to nearly new modes such as P2B,P2C,P2N,P2G etc. In all the new modes of P2P platform, P2N mode can achieve the division of labor, and expansion scale quickly. P2N appears in 2012, and develops rapidly in recent years. Some of the P2P platform which use P2N mode have been the leader of P2P industry, and some of the P2P platform which use P2N mode have get risks.Firstly, this paper gives the introduction of the situation and the regulatory policy of P2P industry, so as to grasp the development trend of P2P industry and P2P industry’s regulatory policy. Secondly,this paper gives a brief introduction and comparative analysis of typical P2P platforms at home and abroad After that, this paper will conduct the In-depth case analysis after the analysis of typical cases. Furthermore, this paperwill analysis the typical case of P2N model, includes daibang.com, jimu.com, gkkxd.com, and yooli.com, analysis their risk control as well as the reasons of problems and the successful experience,and conduct the contrast analysis, to help the development of P2P platforms. Finally, this paper will make a conclusion and put forward policy suggestions and prospects, to promote the healthy development of P2P industry, and lead P2P platform to better serve the real economy.
