Research About Equity Assets Allocation Of Financial Products For Joint-stock Banks In China

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the residents’disposable income industry has continued to improve, people have new requirements about family property allocation, at the same time, reply to the marketization of interest rate and interest spreads narrowed, commercial banks, especially joint-stock commercial banks need to develop innovative financial products business to meet the needs of depositors and investors, and increase intermediate business income. Under the background of large capital management, brokerage financial products, trust, funds, insurance and other private asset management was developed rapidly, bank financial products require rich investment targets, innovative investment model to improve financial products revenue rate. After entering the 2014, domestic capital market have a great fluctuation, a large number of financial products money access to equity markets, which improved the yield of equity financial products, but also contains a series of risks.Firstly, this paper defines the equity financial products and the equity financial products investment in.Through a simple statistical analysis,we described the development of equity financial products and why it develop so well;We choice about 4000 financial products,and use Stata software to make regression analysis on of yield of equity financial products and its effect factors, the results show that the one-year interest rate of Shibor, the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index, Hongkong Hang HIS, products commission period, margin trading balance with joint-stock commercial bank equity financial products yield have a significant positive correlation; Then this paper uses the method of case analysis on financial products money through trust funds,online OTC umbrella with funding, margin trading benefits transfer, listing corporation private issue, purchasing new shares, and return swaps allocated equaitu asset,and its specific process and potential risk. Finally, this paper gives the relevant policy recommendations based on the research conclusion.
