Nanning to promote and implement the construction of affordable housing, for a large number of low-income families to solve the housing difficulties. Therefore, this paper adhere to the problem oriented, focusing on the supply of housing security in Nanning city is studied.Through the housing filtering model of current international universal for comparative analysis, choose the most suitable ohls the housing filtering model and the model with Nanning City Economic and social development situation closely, for this model to make further improvement, in order to build in line with Nanning city affordable housing market housing filtering model, carries on the research analysis to the Nanning City, the existing affordable housing policy.By ohls the housing filtering model analysis: lifting from the housing utility, income line division, construction spending economic cost point of view, the implementation of low rent housing, physical placement is the best; public rental housing times; low rent housing subsidies currency effect generally; and effect of economic applicable housing worst. And then put forward the improvement of Nanning city affordable housing supply countermeasures and suggestions: 1, the scientific development of all kinds of protection of housing income standards; 2, scientific planning of affordable housing construction Huxing proportion; 3, broaden the indemnificatory housing project construction funds raising source; 4, gradually reduce or even stop the economic application of the housing supply; 5, to further strengthen the dynamic management of housing security.
