Study On The Motivation Of Investors Investigation On The Case Of Suning Commerce Group CO.,LTD

Since 2012 in Shenzhen stock exchange requires listed companies timely disclosure of investor relations activities, fair information of China’s capital market disclosure has made great development. Usually,scholars will be the company’s information is divided into two categories, namely, public information and private information, in field of research activities, and executives of listed companies of the close contact, fund and the analyst will obtain private information help them to make decisions.The July 2012 to December 2014 Shenzhen interactive investor relations activities to the disclosure of the records table in SUNING COMMERCE GROUP CO., LTD is investigation of the event as the research sample, and through to field the number of research, field research subject of different dimensions of the classification of fund holdings and analyst at the research and other related aspects of the definition and further study, to better understanding field research and the institutional investors’behaviors. The study found:institutional investors in the field of research to obtain private information to carry out changes in position to obtain excess returns. The conclusion of this paper also reflects China’s formulation of policies and regulations is not perfect, the current fair information disclosure rules failed to protect the effect of the medium and small investors, for our policy regulators make decisions to provide theoretical basis.
