The global economic growth and technological advanced, influenced how people behave when they make traditional purchasing or modern purchasing, without ignore service and satisfaction factors. The research aims to determine the graduate student’s purchasing behavior in age range between 22-26 years old, and examined the influence of perceived service quality and satisfaction on traditional or even modern purchasing. Technological developments affects the way most of graduate student’s purchasing behavior, even rest of them still in conventional purchased. Perceived service quality did not really significantly affected, compared to the satisfaction in quality of product they get With the quality of product rather than quality of service fulfilled, especially when it come additional costs to get it.The research used quantitative method from questionnaire data that processed. Questionnaire data uses from 100 respondents who will graduate and concern about satisfaction in purchasing. This research is supported by other theories content, such as customer behavior, purchasing behavior, price and service quality. This study specified in service quality and satisfaction in purchasing behavior.
