For today’s service class systems integration business, even with low-cost products, high-tech construction technology, or well-known brand reputation and other competitive advantages, we have been unable to ensure that a business can continue to maintain a strong market position. How to improve their operational efficiency, reduce waste, and to establish a good interaction with the outside, has become a key factor affecting the future development of enterprises now. And the procurement process is an important part of the business process, not only to limit the major expenses the company’s cash flow, but also to ensure the production and normal business activities for product and service. Business process reengineering is to reduce operation cost, to improve management efficiency, and to enhance the company’s competitiveness, which is an important way to promote the continuous improvement of enteiprise management level. As a consequence, the procurement process reengineering optimization study is especially important.Based on the objective facts above, firstly this paper describes the basic theories and research statuses of purchasing management, logistics, business process reengineering. And based on these researches, this paper analyzes the procurement management, logistics, and business process reengineering, to provide the HD Company a theoretical basis of procurement business process reengineering. Secondly, this paper diagnoses and analyzes the status of business process of the HD Company, points out the problems existed in the HD procurement business process reengineering, and raises the demands of the HD procurement business process reengineering, and studies the goal, the principles and the methods of the HD procurement business process reengineering combined with the demands, and makes a business process re-design. At last, the paper studies the effect and evaluation of the implementation after the reconstruction process. The BPR have a positive effect of further improving efficiency and reducing costs for HD Company, and give new growth energy to the HD Company. We hope that this research could give other companies in the same situation some reference and guidance when dealing with procurement issues.
