In irradiation enterprises, a simple industrial control system is to be used to monitor and control the production process. The leader and the employees of production department communicate with each other in original way. The dispatchers schedule products based on their experience absolutely. With the improvement of irradiation processing technology in China, irradiation processing industry begin to rise on a large scale, the scale of production of the irradiation enterprises expanded significantly. Current scheduling way and management mode of irradiation enterprises have negative effect on improving productivity and management efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of production and operation of irradiated enterprises, a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed and a integrated system is developed, which are based on the actual business process of an irradiation enterprise in Guangzhou.Scheduling is the key to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization. In the first part of this essay, it is focused on how to solve scheduling problems in irradiation enterprises. The main research work is as follows:First, according to the research and analysis of the actual production process of an irradiation enterprise in Guangzhou, the enterprise’s production process is converted to a discrete production process and its production scheduling problem is abstracted into a single batch processing machine with dynamic job arrivals and non-identical job sizes. Then, establish a mathematical model of the enterprise scheduling problems. The objective function is to minimize the makespan. Third, by analyzing the shortcomings of this type of scheduling problem solving algorithm, a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.In the second half of the paper, a intelligent production scheduling system is developed according to the production needs of the enterprise and the actual business processes. The system realizes a centralized management of the process of the product arrives, scheduled, processed and leaves. Then, the scheduling algorithm is integrated into the system of production management module by combining research earlier in this article. Finally, we design and implement a simulation experiment based on the actual system code and data base, the results of experiment demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of scheduling algorithms in Intelligent Production Scheduling System.
