A Production Scheduling Study Considering Energy Consumpution Cost

With the constant social progress and economic growth, the big socialized time has come. Large enterprises with structural complexity have become the main force of manufacture industry, replacing the traditional small businesses. The influences of manufacturing cost has been amplified in the mass production, and any minor adjustments would probably bring out considerable profits. Therefore, more and more researchers have attached importance to the way of minimizing the comprehensive cost through reasonable production scheduling.As the environmental problem has obtained extensive attention presently, how to reduce the cost and increase the quality and efficiency within the manufacturing process has been significant in the enterprise development. People concerned not only about the profits from highly-efficient-production, but also the social benefits from low carbon economic systems.This paper has started from practical problems within the manufacturing process, and then designed a function with multiple objectives, taking the time cost and energy consumption problem into account. On the basis of sort order algorithm, this paper has designed a heuristic model with less complexity, according to the characteristics of the problem.The experimental data in this paper was collected from the operational data in real enterprises. And the model has an advantage in cost reduction, comparing the simulation experiment result and the manufacturing cost in random sequences. Besides, this paper has also looked into the influence of energy cost on the total manufacturing cost through their respective models. Above all the analysis of the simulation experiment results affected by the changing parameters, a conclusion has been arrived at that appropriate parameters should be set up according to specific problems.This paper has its originality through focusing on the solutions of real problems in enterprise manufacturing processes. Also, it has incorporated the energy cost into the target function of cost with importance and independence. Last but not least, the time cost and energy cost have been integrated into the functions.
