How to improve employee satisfaction, attract and retain talent,better play to the initiative of employees has become one of the important problems of modern enterprise management.And an important way to judge the effectiveness of human resource management is the employee satisfaction survey, mainly through the analysis about various influence factors involved work,and then find out the key problem which leads the employee work inefficiency,then propose a solved method. Management of human resources related to the frontline sales is a problem in HC company,such as the front-line sales staff complain about the work,turnover rate rises and so on.The empirical study on HC company employee satisfaction,contributes to to provide some reference to enhance the efficiency of enterprises,which is not only of great practical significance,but also has far-reaching strategic significance.This thesis takes the front-line employee in HC Company as the research object,basising on the in-depth interviews and questioimaires,using SPSS21.0 statistical software,and then analysising the survey data to explore the main factors of front-line employee satisfaction and their impact on the employee satisfaction degree.Finally,this thesis proposes several suggestions to improve the satisfaction of front-line employees.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts. The first part briefly introduces the research background,the research purpose and significance,the research content and method,as well as the research framework.The second part is about theories related to employee satisfaction such as its definition,measures,influencing factors.The third part is empirical research of HC company,including current situation,research assumptions,investigation,questionnaire designing,the selection of sample and statistical methods,including characteristics of sample description,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis,and verifying the corresponding assumptions.The fourth part is the improvement suggestions for the analysis results.The last part is research conclusion and prospect.The innovation of this paper lies in choosing a new perspective that is the research object has been focused on less before, just for employee satisfaction research of local enterprises in Southeast Chongqing in remote areas of the front-line sales staff.This is because,on the one hand,although there are many studies on employee satisfaction at home and abroad, but the domestic theory research for small and medium-sized private enterprises especially rare.Research on front-line sales staff satisfaction almost no;on the other hand,from a practical perspectifve,economic development of Southeast Chongqing backwards,and human resources management is not mature,people pay less attention to employee satisfaction,even less research for front-line sales staff satisfaction.The paper studies about Southeast Chongqing in remote areas of the front-line sales staff satisfaction based on previous related research,which provids with certain theory and practice value to further enrich and improve the sales employee satisfaction research.Of course,limited to the academic level,this paper studies the future needs to be further improved.
