The development of information technology has changed the business economic environmen t, the face of ever-changing environment, companies have to keep improving management to m eet new challenges in order to remain invincible in the competition.With the acceleration of glo bal economic integration, enterprises have been expanding, financial shared service center as a business to improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, strengthen financial managem ent of the new management and has been widely used by Western multinationals. Shared Servic e is the second outsourcing, total quality management, process reengineering and other methods to make a revolutionary approach to management, it is the high degree of similarity among th e various business units of the enterprise’s work focused repetitive background from various bus iness sectors to shared services center to manage, so the formation of scale. After decades of d evelopment, the financial shared service center has shown its value in practice.In this paper, P’s case, the first outlines the theoretical basis, advantages and disadvantage s as well as the applicable conditions of shared services, after the introduction of the mode of operation and evaluation methods P financial shared service center, summed up the financial sha red service center operations in key factors as well as the problems faced, and from the practic al problems of view, the article separately from the employee training, culture, top management support, strengthen communication, to optimize the system, standardized processes and other as pects for P financial shared service center operation improvement ideas, so this article has a we alth of practical value.
