Research On Equipment Management Strategy Of A Power Company Based On TnPM

The basic operation is the sound power equipment demand of power supply company, a set of safety and health equipment operating system is to ensure that the foundation and guarantee the normal operation of the company’s daily work. This paper is based on the theoretical basis, in-depth study of the T port under the jurisdiction of the A Power Company’s equipment management. A Power Company is mainly for its surrounding ports and the company provides service of electric power enterprise, the establishment of the company is all companies in the area of the power to protect the jurisdiction of the port, all companies are also able to normal operation based, plays a pivotal role in the region. Therefore, A Power Company’s equipment management work is bound to be the most important, must be comprehensive and sustainable management. And the current with power technology innovation and equipment quality continued to improve, so that ensure a high demand and low cost competition strength has been unable to continue use the former old equipment management thinking. Therefore, the management of the company and the relevant departments should this increased attention, efforts to related theories at home and abroad as the basis, to the related research conclusion for experience, in combination with the actual situation of power industry itself, using innovative ideas to find the correct direction of management, and create a set of suitable for the company’s equipment management mode.First, in the introduction part of this thesis mainly presents the research reason and significance, and then in the whole structure as the research direction; Second, the paper focuses on the related theoretical knowledge and practical research results of the equipment management of A Power Company; Third, based on the relevant theories at home and abroad, the related research conclusions are empirical, and reveal the operation situation and adverse effects of A Power Company in the field of equipment management; Fourth, after the discovery of the above adverse effects, put forward a comprehensive standardized production and maintenance (TnPM) equipment management mode of the scene to improve the activities of the program:6S work, visual management; Again, in A Power Company equipment maintenance system of equipment maintenance integration solution soon system design, using Monte Carlo simulation method of equipment management indicators were detected, according to the results of the optimal solutions, field information collection and diagnosis, maintenance organization and operation process, maintenance norms of behavior.
