LF Motorcycle, whose headquarters is located on Chongqing, is a manufacturer,expert in professional development, production and sales of motorcycle. However, the competition of domestic and local motorcycle market is fierce, and the domestic motorcycle market capacity is continually decreasing. With the advent of spending time of car, the phenomenon that electric brands have great impact on motorcycle market is continually deteriorating. The question is that LF in Jiangsu branch should precisely make competition analysis and marketing decision about the consumer market of motorcycle, in terms of information and globalization of market economy, thus keeping a favorable position in intra type competition.LF, an outstanding domestic first-class, has great influence on China’s motorcycle industry. Its product sales have been ranked the forefront of the industry. However, in recent years, it has showed a continually declining trend in Jiangsu market.Jiangsu acts as an important motorcycle market for LF, whose situation is very typical. In order to reverse this unfavorable situation in Jiangsu market, at the same time providing a reference for the marketing of LF in other areas, we need an objective analysis of the present situation of Jiangsu Motorcycle market, finding out the suitable marketing strategy for LF in Jiangsu branch.Based on such a situation, I take LF in Jiangsu branch as the research object and carried out a detailed analysis——identify the problems, analyze the problems, and then solve the problems. The way is that using the a combination of marketing theory, the external environment analysis, marketing research methods, industry environmental analysis, internal environment analysis, so on and so forth. Firstly, I make a general overview about the situation in Jiangsu motorcycle market. At the second time, I summarize the main difficulties which LF face in Jiangsu market. Then we analyze from two aspects of the external macro-environment and micro environment, combined with their own situation, which makes me understand that external environment will both bring opportunities and threats to LF. Following this, I make deep analysis through two angles——Jiangsu motorcycle industry conditions as well as the situation of LF in Jiangsu market, which helps me recognize the marketing issues of LF and their advantages and disadvantages. And that provides constructive grounding for LF to solvetheir market problems and draft reasonable marketing strategy. In the end, I give detailed marketing strategy for LF in Jiangsu branch based on above-mentioned analysis.I am based on my field survey in Jiangsu motorcycle market and fully combine theory with practice that I have learned. I explore and give the marketing strategy recommendations for LF in Jiangsu market, which is instructive for LF in Jiangsu branch to solve their own problems. Besides, the analysis and methods have a certain reference value for LF Motor in dealing with other regional markets.
