Research On Needs Of The Talent Market Of Electronic Commerce Based On Web Text Mining

The structural imbalance between supply and demand of social talents has always been an intensive problem nowadays. Every year, many college graduates face employment problems while lots of companies can not recruit the suitable talent. One of the major reasons for this dilemma is that the talent-cultivation system is out of line with social demand, and professional curriculum training system is unreasonable. The lack of rapid insight into the current talent market demands maybe another reason.In order to solve the problems above, this paper takes the electronic commerce as an example to analyze. We collected more than 60000 recruitment records on recruitment website, and mainly used Web text mining technology to construct the model of employment demand analysis.In the process, we emphased the creation of e-commerce employment skills dictionary.Then we analysed the demand of the employment market and employment skills from the multiple perspectives. The traditional methods such as manual identification, statistical analysis and so on are time-consuming. While the method we used can make up for the disadvantage and achieve a fast, accurate, intelligent analysis, especially in the case of large amount of data which has complex structures. At the same time, the method can also analysize the text mixed with Chinese and English which has more practical application value than the analysis of pure-English or pure-Chinese text.Through the analysis, the needs of electronic commerce talent market such as position, location, salary, experience, education and so on can be gotton, and furthermore skill requirements are obtained which based on statistical analysis, correlation analysis and simple association analysis. It can be seen from analysis that demand for technical job is greater, especially for programming language. In addition, there is a certain relationship between these skills which can be divided into different bodies of knowledge. Currently, there is no study that focuses on the needs of talent market based on text level in China, which lead to lack of the ability for fast, thorough, accurate insight into the corresponding knowledge. This paper analyses the text based on the dimension of "word" to solve the above problems. And the model can be extended to other areas, which has some value in theory research and practical application.
