High Technology Industry Technology Innovation Ability Research In Guangxi

High technology industries in guangxi from 2005 to 2014, obtained the rapid development, in guangxi’s economic development plays a more and more important role. But still has obvious gap with developed areas, compared with the region economic development quite still has its own shortcomings. From the perspective of industrial technology innovation, this paper discusses the reasons affecting the development of high technology industries in guangxi and the causes and in specific industry restricts the influence factors of technology innovation ability raise, for the healthy and orderly development of high technology industry in guangxi.This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter is introduction, research problems on the background, purpose, significance and research status are summarized. The second part is the theoretical basis, carefully combed the innovation theory, the theory of industrial innovation, high technology industry theory, to enrich the theoretical foundation for later research. The third and the fourth part is the core section of this article, the integrated use of principal component analysis (pca), cluster analysis and multiple linear regression, comparative analysis of the high technology industry technology innovation ability in guangxi, and build the technology innovation capacity of provinces and cities autonomous region level comprehensive evaluation index system. Chapter five points than for the conclusions, policy recommendations, and research prospect.This article main research conclusion is:(a) build the provinces and cities autonomous region level of technological innovation ability evaluation index system, combining the empirical analysis and comparative analysis it is concluded that the evaluation results of high technology industries in guangxi:(1) rank 21 in 25 provinces, compared with the developed region of Middle East gap, whether in the innovation input, innovation output, innovation environment support has bigger gap; (2) compared with the southwest region, although guangxi in recent ten years in all kinds of input and output have larger growth, but the innovation ability is still weak, in the southwest region only in the position of the average; (3) industry, guangxi five high technology industry development not balanced, aviation manufacturing, medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry development is relatively slow, though nearly a decade in rapid growth, but still slightly less than in terms of investment in innovation. (2) using the econometric model to guangxi pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the results of the study show that technical innovation spending, enterprise scale, research and development personnel in the improvement of industry technological innovation ability has significant positive influence. While government funds, enterprise funds, purchase of domestic technology spending significant in general. (3) improve the ability of technology innovation from three aspects. Government factors:the government should strengthen the supervision of government money in high technology industry, make it can be fully applied to the fundamental purpose of technology innovation, in addition, the government should set up an orderly intermediary platform, convenient and the participation of social capital on high technology industry, is advantageous to the high technology industry related policies and measures to actively promote and put in place. Factors:enterprise should relax their eyes at the same time in the survival of give attention to two or morethings, put more energy in high technical content, high added value of product research and development, the reasonable steady expand their scale at the same time, the bigger companies can promote the technology innovation ability enhancement. Market factors:enterprise, the government should build reasonable and orderly market, speed up the technology spillover and the absorptive capacity, which can speed up research and development foundation weak enterprise’s development, especially the development of high-tech industrial enterprises in Guangxi.
