The Enterprise Diagnosis Based Upon The Five Elements Theory Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine is the most complete and mature knowledge wealth throughout the five-thousand-year intricate history. Wen Li explores the feasibility of enterprise diagnostics application to identify the correspondence between the five enterprise management system functionality and Chinese Five Elements system from the perspective of the five elements of Chinese medicine. In this paper, the auther bases on actual cases and explores the five elements of Chinese medicine diagnosis of specific applications in the enterprise diagnostic thinking among attempt from the Chinese point of view to the diagnosis of the enterprise "Diagnostics" to find out the company’s "cause" and propose solutions.Based on the theories of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine, the research background and significance, research status both at home and abroad, research contents and structures for the enterprise diagnosis are introduced in this paper, followed by the status, functions, analogism and systematization of the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine. Then the paper draws an analogy between the five elements, the five-visceral system of human beings and the five management system of enterprises. Then the paper introduces the enterprise diagnosis method based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and enterprise diagnosis index table is designed. It also introduces the system function optimization method, and its application to the enterprise management. Then, basing on AM as a case study object, using the ideas of the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, the paper has carried on the comprehensive analysis. Through the analysis of AM, the main factors influencing the enterprise net assets yield is the main business profit margins. In the following, we use the relationship between the major enterprise internal management function, and find out the ultimate cause that affect the development of enterprise is because of excessive enterprise senior management function. Finally, based on the five elements system function optimization method, we proposed improvements for AM.
