The bloom of the electronic manufacturing industry is driven by the scheme of “Made in China 2025” with national’s great efforts. A firm has been officially founded in 2013 in such background, given the highly intellectualized industry it is, there is demand of employees with higher educational background, while the age structure of entire team is lower than average, thus the problems are emerging in the human resource management. The job involvement reflects how much employee appreciate their job and the extent of working involvement. From the point of view of the organization, job involvement is the fundament to trigger the employee’s motivation of working and advantage in terms of competition in human resource management. It also has the impact on the efficiency of operation within the organization. This essay tackles such problems by designing the program of improving the job involvement.This essay is focus on the "Y" generation job involvement of A firm, summarizes the theories and researches about job involvement from both domestic and international. By conducting the survey to better understanding the job involvement of its employee, we explores the major reasons that impacts on job involvement. The results is, the issues are discovered in the aspects of system of the payment setting, training projects, career development and the conflicts of inter-culture among employees, meanwhile, this essay provides the solutions in order to solve such issues.
