Research On Financing Problem Of The Enterprise In NEEQ

Although as an important part of market economy, SME get little finance support from our financial system. SME financing is become more and more difficult. As a substantial part of multi-level capital market, The establishment of NEEQ provide us a new financing way. It can not only satisfy investors the needs of financing in different risk preference, but also solve the financing problem of SME. Therefore, there is practical value to research the financing problem of the enterprise in NEEQ.This paper firstly summarize the research results of NEEQ in China, and introduce some basic theory about financing in NEEQ. Then, this paper analyze the NEEQ from the number of listed company, industrial distribution, regional distribution, enterprise scale, earnings and financing situation. At last, according to the existing problems, this paper put forward some pertinent suggestions and discuss the development of NEEQ in the future.
