The way people live, the shopping habits have changed with the development of the mobile Internet technology transformation. Cross-border electrical commerce is an important component of the electric dealer market, started with the community of mobile phone shopping APP little red book made their own characteristics with its own community advantage in this area. It exploits its own shopping platform on the basis of community, and its target group will accurately lock with people who were born after 1985 or 1990. Through Word-of-Mouth Marketing and under the zero advertising investment, it quickly occupies the market, it opens a new electrical mode which oriented by the user community.In this paper, take the little red book APP as a sample, the structure of the little red book itself, market and product, combined with the little red book’s 5 W elements in the buzz marketing communication and relevant theories of consumer behavior to spread to the little red book of buzz marketing. Analysists think little red book community pattern after the implementation of the basis of buzz marketing, and the little red book from the community to the electricity formed a complete business closed loop, make users to maximize the consumers, truly achieve the flow to liquidate. For the dealer market increasingly fierce competition in the electricity is a good reference, the author hopes to explore the community with the related theories of communication and marketing of electricity marketing mode, can offer some reference for the development of the electric business enterprise, and to do some new work of buzz marketing.
