Information Management And Its Evaluation Of Power Grid Investment Audit Project Based On RLA

Development of IT has brought a revolutionary change of the enterprise management, and traditional audit approach will no longer meet the needs of the modern enterprise management. Based on IT technology and MIS in inter audit application, it can find the weak links from the management system and mechanism, it will enhance the effectiveness of project management audit. Under the Risk Leading Audit (RLA) theory, the resource of the audit will changed radically, and expected marginal revenue audit projects will be reflected in a greater elasticity, which is bound to bring a significant impact on project management. Nowadays, more and more enterprises begin to focus on the power grid and the corresponding risk management research, RLA has gradually become a power grid enterprise to improve audit quality and efficiency of essential way, which is showing strong value.This paper is combining the grid investment project management and RLA theory, whose purpose is considering the study of the project management. First analysis of the current status of development and investment in power grid project management audit, then information technology and risk-oriented initial construction of investment audit information management system is built, and the workflow is also analyzed to create a risk-based audit of information systems; it is also meticulous combing the construction and management of all aspects of risk, and the formation of project management risk model; design project investment auditing system and implement the interface; combing various types of business risk analysis, application engineering investment project management risk model risk analysis, simplified audit operation; realized after the audit project evaluation, and gradually optimize the audit work, which is provide the basis for the study of information technology risk-based audit application of information technology in the field of audit Power engineering investment management. Then audit grid investment management evaluation index system is considered and using AHP gives weights. Finally, an case study in S company is analysis, the result prove the information of RLA is not only a new model of grid project management, but also an efficient way of a new audit method, it is the inevitable trend of development of internal audit, and it can also promote.
