With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierc e market competition,the project management is increasingly becoming a hot iss ue full of practical and theoretical concerns.However, several problems of the e xisting network planning model appears:First,people often adopt the single object ive optimization,instead of the multi-objective simultaneous optimization to solve the problem.Second, the separation of planning and scheduling,the planning is done before scheduling.The resource constraints has not been considered in the study, lead to the rearrangement of planning and the resource utilization is low. Third, resource constraints is neglected when studying the multi-objective networ k planning.Last, the task can not be split, outsourcing the task of overall activit y to outsourcing units. Therefore, the research on planning and scheduling mode 1 of resource-constrained multi-objective collaborative activity network and its o ptimization algorithm is of great significance.This paper is aimed at planning and scheduling model of resource-constrain ed multi-objective collaborative activity network.Firstly,the multi-objective proble m of collaborative activity network model is discussed.Then, the collaborative p1 anning and scheduling model of multi-objective activity network under the resou rce constraints is discussed as well. The multi-objective algorithm based on the Pareto is improved and used to split the active task. The main work of this p aper are as follows:1. The multi-objective collaborative planning model considering the time an d cost is built. This paper integrates the planning and scheduling, resource alloc ation and the collaboration under the supply chain is taken into account while making the network plan based on activity.This paper considers both the plannin g and scheduling and build the multi-objective activity network model under the resource constraints based on the NSGA-II.2. Build the multi-objective network collaborative planning and scheduling model according to the case of activity can be split and the parallel mode in th e project management.Use the differential evolution algorithm for solving conti nuous optimization problems and the non-dominated sorting and crowding distan ce of NSGA-II algorithm,design the corresponding evolutionary algorithm.The m odel and its algorithm are verified by the simulation experiment.
