Compensation management plays an important role in human resource management, it’s based on human resource strategy and closely related to other parts of human resource management, all these parts will determine the success or failure of human resource management. A good compensation management system can make the staff enthusiastic, improve work efficiency, attract talented people; it also can promote the development of enterprises and enhance the cohesive force of the enterprise. Performance-oriented compensation system emphasizes the effect of job performance. Employees will get high income from good work performance, while enterprise will achieve its goal faster.The article took T insurance company as the object, found the problems of the company’s Performance-oriented compensation system, for example, process of performance management was not complete, employee motivation was insufficient, and assessment methods were not scientific, etc. Then, analyzed the reasons for the problems, the legacy of the previous compensation system and there are also some loopholes in the existing management system. In order to solve these problems, for one thing, we have to ensure the management process being smooth, for another, we should give some supplement to the original incentive system, what’s more, we should pay attention to the importance of employee benefits. I hope promote the improvement of the company’s Performance-oriented compensation system through the analysis, enhance the competitiveness of the company.
