Risk Analysis And Countermeasure Study On International Trade Of D Import And Export Trade Limited Company

Foreign trade is between one country and another country’s goods, services and technology exchange. In recent years, with the accelerating process of economic globalization and China’s rapid economic development, the world’s trade with China more and more ordinary, rising Chinese trade. Foreign trade in China’s economic development at the same time also brought many problems, which should not be ignored is the trade risk ensued. Due to the foreign trade involves more links of enterprises, business is more complex, from sign a contract, custom production and logistics to international settlement and so on each link all exist different degrees of risk. Risk in the event, the enterprise will face a big loss, make the enterprise in the international competition at a disadvantage. Therefore, how to identify, analyze, evaluate risk, control the occurrence of these risks is an important topic of the foreign trade enterprise long-term stable development.Based on the background of D company, for the procurement of foreign trade agency business risk of problems in the concrete implementation process as the research object, combined with the current domestic and foreign related research theory and practical case studies, qualitative and quantitative combination method was used to construct analysis model, in order to recognize the specific risk type and genesis, achieve the goal of risk control. In this paper, the concrete research content is as follows:(1) to follow the general steps of risk management, risk management theory first research risk identification related theory of literature, comparison, pick out the suitable methods of risk identification, this paper studies subject specific mainly use the WBS in the procurement business combined with the Delphi method to link the risk identification, in preparation for further risk assessment.(2) for each link to identify risk factors for using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), analytic hierarchy model was constructed to evaluate it.(3) using the use of evaluation results for D company foreign trade risk prevention put forward the corresponding strategies, finally based on the relevant theory of comprehensive risk management concept, put forward to build the whole risk early warning of risk management and advance Suggestions, in order to help improve D company risk management ability.Finally, this paper has certain representativeness in the foreign trade enterprise of D company as the research background, has certain practical significance, and provide reference for the similar domestic enterprise, provided case support for related researchers.
