In recent years, with the development of Internet technology, the form of private lending has become increasingly diversified. P2P network lending as a new private lending business model, first originated in the United Kingdom, then in Britain and the United States after the successful operation in 2007, officially entered the Chinese market, but progress has been slow, small, until 2012 P2P network lending platform in after the correction of localization and innovation, to achieve the growth spurt. Currently, there are more than 3000 different sizes of P2P net loan companies in China. Then, the domestic research on the P2P financing model also gradually increased. As an innovative form of informal financing, P2P net loan is very different from the traditional bank loan system. Which not only has a direct and transparent operation process, low entry threshold and channel cost, but also can through the screening of credit to make high credit rating of the borrower’s needs first satisfied, can financial risk to investors effectively dispersed.The paper uses P2P network lending platform as the research object, using literature analysis methods and empirical research methods on P2P network lending platform with the traditional bank lending mechanisms are compared, through the P2P lending site on the domestic well-known, profit model and analysis of structural characteristics such as ease loan, pat loans and other net loan companies, try to establish a simple and feasible P2P net loan model. In the construction of the model of "trying to use automatic bid mechanism" to complete the independent analysis of risk and reasonable delivery.on the basis of previous research put forward policy recommendations to promote the healthy development of our P2P network lending platform.
