Research On The Measurement Method Of Enterprise Value Based On Stakeholder

In the modern social economic activities, the enterprise is not only the micro foundation of the national economy, but also a key intersection of all kinds of interests. Value management is an important management tool, in which value measurement is the key method to realize the enterprise target. Traditional shareholder value theory has long been in the leading position of the theory, which is the theoretical basis for corporate governance. However, with the deepening development of knowledge economy, the social environment in which the enterprise is located has changed tremendously. It will hinder the development of enterprises to only meet the needs of shareholders without the interests of other stakeholders. In recent years, stakeholder theory has been developed along with the theory of value of shareholder value. They constitute a modern enterprise value measurement theory.The existing shareholder value theory and stakeholder theory are first studied. Based on the relevant research results, the paper puts forward the connotation of value of stakeholders, i.e. the sum of total value obtained from the enterprise by shareholders, creditors, consumers, suppliers, employees, society and government. After defining the connotation of the value of the enterprise, the author takes the value of the enterprise value measurement model as reference and designs the value measurement model of the stakeholders accordingly.
