| With the development and applying of information technology especially in cyber technology, such as mobile internet, internet +, industry 4.0, big data and cloud computing. Information Security already has been penetrating into not only strategy of country but also individual privacy. The J Auto Group as a well-known automaker in China, the information technology has been involved into every part of entire enterprise such as manufacturing, operation, sales and management. The information security of production development and effective operation information system is critical to company, it’s vital to establish an information security management system to meet business requirement and further development of modern enterprise. It’s a big challenge to leadership team of J Auto Group to protect enterprise information and mitigate the risks of information security and ensure the enterprise grows and develops safely.In this pager, firstly introduces the situation of information security and present status in domestic and internationally, proposes the research subject, objective and significance, train of thoughts and methods, also elaborates related theory; secondly studies the challenge of information security that the J Auto Group is facing, analyses the reason of the problem, understand the requirement of enterprise clearly and create the its own information security management system which combined multiple system and standard; thirdly bases on the standard of ISO27001 and methodology of BMIS to sure the key area of information security management and principle of implementation, uses some successful sample to explain the implementation of information security management system; lastly summarizes the accomplishment and outlook the information security management. The purpose of this paper is to protect information of J Auto Group, it would be useful and valuable to other manufacturing company and related auto supplier industry to manage their own information security. |
