Research find out that the scale of production is over expansion, the disperse and extension of whole production process,insufficient of planting and breeding experience, the lowerance of agriculture science and technology input, the management of supervision department unable to keep pace with,all this is the main reason lead to the agriculture produced quality problem. We also aimed at the origin of problem occurred in produced process,combine market requirement, searching out the strategy and method to improve agriculture product produce. It include enhance farmer laws and regulations, training and education of production technology,guidance of product process, intensify government supervision,establish laws﹑product detection standard,increase law enforcement efforts, carry out whole process supervise, adapt planting and animal husbandry structural adjustment, improve farmer operation and organization degree, promote modern agriculture evolution, give play to government leading role, accelerate agriculture product quality security certificate, mating perfect agricultural epidemic prevention and quarantine base installation, promote agriculture produce normalize and standardization.
