The MFIs are the institutions which provide micro financial services, the main business of MFIs is granting of loans, provide financial services to those who have been excluded from the formal financial system. At present, from the situation of financial supprot in the XPCC, in addition to the support from large state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks, the MFIs(County banks, small loan companies, etc.) become a new force in meeting the financial demand of farm(workers), small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households etc. According to official documents " The XPCC Financial Industry Development Plan(2013-2020)", "The guidance of further accelerating the development in finance in the XPCC during 2011-2015",the XPCC makes new goals for the development of the MFIs, first, encourage banks to establish new types of financial institutions based on County banks in the XPCC, eventually there are County banks in each the division, city and major reclamation area in the XPCC, the number is more than 20. Secondly, fully aware of the important role from small loan company in supporting development of small and micro enterprises. set up a number of small loan companies in the city and important industrial park, by 2015, there are 30 small loan companies in the XPCC.This thesis start with the theory of sustainable development of the MFIs, explores the issue of sustainable development of the MFIs in the City of Shuanghe in the Fifth Division.Take, for example, the largest micro-finance institution in the City of Shuanghe in the Fifth Division-- Bole Guomin County Bank, start with the financial environment and management situation, analyzes the existing problems in the development of the MFIs.Through the SWTO analysis method, analyse inside and outside environment of the MFIs in the City of Shuanghe in the Fifth Division. use data from 2013 to 2014, take Bole Guomin County Bank for example, makes an empirical research on the sustainable development of Guomin County bank, find out the key factors that influence the development of Bole Guomin County Bank by factor analysis method, put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions of sustainable development of the MFIs in the City of Shuanghe in the Fifth Division.
