Hebei DUNSHI trading company owns self import and export of goods management right, Jidong development group is a wholly owned subsidiary, the company based on the coal business, group based on a good market image, brand advantage, marketing platform and funding, the establishment of the coal, steel, iron ore, cement, machinery and equipment trading and supply chain management service, the fourth party logistics services as the core, upstream and downstream related enterprises as the carrier, with the resources and the market for circular chain trade system elements. Hebei DUNSHI trading company as a trade type enterprise, along with the development of enterprise and the change of internal and external environment of the company, part of the process is not suitable for the actual situation need, hampered its development, in this paper, by analyzing the DUNSHI trading company mainly existing business processes, some process exists, then the the related process reengineering.This paper first presents the main problem of this study and its significance, explains the structure of the paper and research methods, defines the relevant concept in the research, and summarizes the theory of business process reengineering, expounds the theory of business process reengineering, reengineering thought steps and methods etc..On this basis, analyses the current situation of DUNSHI trading company business processes, including company introduction, company’s existing main business process,analysis of issues in the process, including our control over the resources, to undertake the role of purchasing work not wield effective supplier, extensive management, after sale service department in collaboration with low efficiency inferior. Through the analysis of the problem, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for business process reengineering of DUNSHI trading company, through analyzing the process of problem analysis, this chapter puts forward the related countermeasures. At the same time, this paper puts forward related guarantee countermeasures of business process reengineering of DUNSHI trading company, mainly to establish risk control center, emphasis on full participation and pay attention to the promotion and training process scheme in employeeetc.
