Management software industry belongs to the emerging information technology service industry, its development starts to the initial EDP in China in the 1980 s, no more than 30 years from that. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition, improve their service quality, increase user satisfaction to expand market share and keep competitive advantage become management an important means of software vendors.
