Research On The Financing Lease Of The Energy Saving And Environmental Protection Project Of A Company

China’s financial leasing industry first appeared in the 80’s of last century, with the rapid development of China’s commodity economy and financial industry and the development of new industries, financing lease financing and the financial industry and trade integration management, both with the nature of financial enterprises, with the nature of leasing services. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of financing lease, combined with the development of environmental protection and energy saving enterprises to carry out the industry analysis, and focus on the case analysis means, summed up the energy saving and environmental protection enterprise financing lease of the specific practices and experience, to fully understand the current situation and problems of China’s environmental protection industry financing lease, and promote the development of environmental protection industry financing and proposed the corresponding policy recommendations. Through this study, we can promote energy conservation and environmental protection industry and financial leasing industry mutual integration and understanding, break the problems and deficiencies in China’s energy saving and environmental protection enterprise financing lease.Qualitative analysis of the research method is mainly on the development of the financial leasing industry, especially in the development of environmental protection and energy saving industry analysis, and quantitative analysis is through the specific case of A financing leasing program to compare the financing lease and bank loans, thus analyzing the advantages of financial leasing and other financing methods.
