Domestic studies on rural resistance usually focus on specific struggle means, mainly including Li Lianjiang’s ”Resistance by law mode”, Ying Xing’s “Body resistance mode”, ”Resistance by ”and other resistance mode. There are few studies on resistance period. This paper is researching the influence and the solutions of rural resistance by the urbanization process in rural resistance’s perspective. Rural fragmented resistance grows in the process of urbanization and becomes the main resistance type in the areas where the urbanization has finished preliminarily. Depends on the complicated reasons that have caused the fragmentization in rural resistance, this article only attempts to study the urbanization process’ s influence to rural fragmented resistance. The village disappeared and peasant’s combined action was destructed in the process of urbanization; The mainly social contraction which is happened around land requisition and demolition has been removed and the peasant’s common interests of land have been destroyed in the process of urbanization. The farmers lose their survival way of mode of production, life-style and cultural mentality after they lose their land. Land is the main source of peasant’s income and village is peasant’s living place and the basic vector of rural social culture. Rural social resistance presents a fragmented vision after the collective action being destroyed by the urbanization. The old age group who has become the main force in rural resistance is facing more serious difficulty in the transformation of identity than the young who can be more adaptive in the urbanization. Their demands of the public policies towards employment, social security and culture have been seriously restricted. Therefore, farmers rapidly developing needs of public service and policy will make the fragmented resistance last in the term even though that the government can mitigate their struggle by dividing them into pieces. The fragmentation of rural resistance has following features: peasants give priority to individual struggle and lack of effective joint;Struggle means become more diverse and passionate struggle and passive resistance coexist; Fragmentation struggle has obvious characteristics of age and the resistance subjects give priority to the elder; Finally, fragmented resistance has periodic characteristics and will significantly dispel as the government provide public products constantly. In order to solve peasant’s problem of transformation of identity, the government need to establish and improve employment and social security in this situation.
