With the steady growth of the global economy, the improvement of people’s income level and the penetration of foreign advanced investment ideas, People’s consumption patterns have also changed, people’s investment philosophy has changed a lot, compared with low-yielding bank deposits and the stock market which is ups and downs and the other way in financial investment,bond financial products which risk is relatively small, yields is relatively high and stable favored by the majority of investors, so it’s important to analysis the factors which are affecting the expected rate of return of bond financial products, investors can choose the most suitable portfolio according to the changes of the related factors, banks also need to create more bond financial products which can meet the demand of the public according to the changes of the various factors,so as to realize the profit maximization.This paper collected 16 listed commercial banks’ bond financial products which are published from 2015 to early 2016, mainly analysis the factors which influence the yield of the bond financial products according to the current economic development situation, and then establish a cross-section regression model, finally, this paper put forward four suggestions according to the results of the regression and combined with China’s current economic development situation, such as enhance banks’ financial products’ risk control ability; develop short-term bond financial products actively; pay attention to the impact of macro factors, enhance investors’ sensitivity to economic information; focus on products’ risk rating, enhance investors’ awareness of risk prevention.
