The Research On The Investment Risk Assessment Of The E-commerce Project Of A Corporation In Shenyang

While the development the e-commerce contributes to the prosperity of the market economy, the circulation of capital, and expanding the market scale, it also impacts upon the traditional companies a lot. In order to survive under the fierce competition, lots of traditional companies chose to invest new e-commerce project to find a way to develop.The A corporation in Shenyang is a traditional wholesale and retail company, and it will also invest e-commerce project duo to the great impaction from the market. But this kind of project has properties of risk, so the risk assessment has to be done before the real investment.For the reason mentioned above, the development status at home and abroad has been studied first to grasp the development trend. According to the features of A corporation, 20 indexes that belongs to 6 categories were summarized by the combination of the questionnaire investigation and the theory in management science. A scientific hierarchy index system was built up before the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model proposed. The weight of each index was determined through the analytic hierarchy process, and the final result was calculated by using the weight and membership degree of all indexes. The risk level of this project is normal, and could be invested as plan. The analysis for the result was proposed in the last of the thesis to provide a reference for other projects.
