In 2011, in order to solve the problem of the current growing pension, the International Accounting Standards Board made a revision of no.19-employee benefits among "Accounting Standards for Enterprises"( referred to IAS19), require the use of immediate confirmation method to measure an actuarial gains and losses, and accurate the choose range of the cost of Defined Benefit Plan, elaborate the risk disclosure. The revision caused the world to focus on Accounting Standards of Defined Benefit Plans. In order to achieve convergence of international accounting standards,strengthen international cooperation, promote the development of capital market,and solve the current existing problem of inadequate criteria. In 2014, the Ministry of Finance revised the No. 9- Employee compensation of "Accounting Standards for Enterprises "(referred to CAS9(2014)). The biggest highlight of the new CAS9(2014) is the introduction of the Defined Benefit Plans, due to the complexity of its own and the fact as exotic, their implementation and development in our country will face many problems. Setting the Defined Benefit Plans proposed in new guidelines for the study, this paper attempts to explore the road of enterprises development about Defined Benefit Plans in our country.This paper uses the method of combination between the statistical analysis and normative research.In statistical analysis section, based on the statistical analysis about the 1051 listed companies of Shanghai A shares in 2014, found that the enterprises implemented the Defined Benefit Plans in our country that account for just a small proportion and mainly focused on the distribution of property in industrial distribution and structure.The reason is made by restructuring of the economic system itself, overseas mergers and acquisitions and other factors. In addition, based on the statistical analysis about the information disclosure of Defined Benefit Plans,found that the lack of disclosure about the impact on cash flow and risk analysis is the most serious problem in companies. In the specification section, this article set the theoretical basis and related concepts as a starting point which Defined Benefit Plans involves, through our comparison with foreign norms in the course of development, accounting principles, and information disclosure,found that the current China’s accounting standards for defined benefit program practice handling requirements still lacking.This paper suggests that learn from foreign standards, but we should also see its shortcomings. The last century, the United States had raised many failures ponder, so blindly copying other countries is not advisable. China should learn from foreign conditional current guidelines, building accounting standards which is suitable for China’s basic national conditions. Finally, to sort out the foregoing summary, found that Defined Benefit Plans faced with the problems of social environment absence, inadequate normative disclosure, unexplained guidelines additional terms, shortage of actuarial team, and propose coping strategies.
