The globe economy leaps to the era of Big Data, which leads the business participator into an extremely complex circumstance--- the transmission of information is getting faster and faster, the needs of customers is growing wider and wider, the structure of market is changing quicker and quicker--- everything makes after-sale service much more important.Under such situation, the original business process could not make the companies fit in a competitive and fickle market, the traditional process and structure, such like Tayloristic, has become a barrier for companies to chase higher profit because of the introduction and using of those new technologies. Especially for some large enterprise, a rigid after-sale service process or a redundant organization could bring the company a high operation cost and low service efficiency situation which would kill the competitiveness of a company. Therefore, the development of global enterprise management should focus on the optimizing of the business process--- a logical business process could not only cut down on cost, but also enhance the efficiency.Based on such background, this paper analysis the after-sale service process for JC air conditioner department,to identify and try to fix the problems, such as long vetting period, dilatory supply, by using the research on BPR theory, and I hope my paper would be helpful to establish a better service process which may improve the service ability and competiveness.
