With the establishment of national trade barriers, the rise of the national garment industry, as well as the rising cost of raw materials in domestic raw materials, leading to the domestic garment industry’s foreign trade export business has been a big shock. If the clothing foreign trade enterprises continue the traditional business model of the production of OEM, they will eventually be eliminated by the market. Lots of foreign trade clothing companies have turned to the domestic market, to the creation and promotion of domestic brands. However, the competition of the domestic clothing market is also fierce, E-Commerce and diversification of brand & competition form have become the main features of the competition of the clothing industry. In addition, the development of O2 O mode, boosts the integration of enterprise and the Internet, the use of O2 O mode to conduct marketing activities have become an important means of enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, it’s important that clothing foreign trade companies promote their brands with the help of O2 O mode when they turn to domestic market.Due to the above realistic background, Firstly, this paper reviews the brand marketing and online marketing mode of O2 O related theory, introduces the current situation of the development of company A, using SWOT analysis method, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of getting into domestic children’s clothing market. According the questionnaire to know the market brand children’s wear satisfaction and consumer demand, purchase preferences, channels and other information. Then make a STP strategic analysis based on the questionnaire, figure out the target market and market positioning of company A in domestic children’s clothing, Brand promotion strategy and suggestions were given for online and offline channels in the end.In this paper, the combination of the children brand promotion and O2 O mode enriches the research content of brand marketing. at the same time, research was done based on company A with some brand promotion strategy and suggestions. It will provide some reference for some clothing foreign trade companies in the field of domestic marketing of their branded products.
