Research On The Supply Chain Enterprises Size Evolution Based On Co-Opetition

Co-opetition refers to the cooperation and competition between enterprises and organizations at the same time. Because of the complexity of the internal and external environment of the supply chain enterprises, it shows that competition and cooperation coexist in the actual operation. It has become the key to the development of supply chain enterprises that how to effectively manage and balance the co-opetition relationship to ensure the enterprise’s competitive advantage and to achieve a win-win situation.Therefore, this paper will study the evolution of supply chain enterprises size under different co-opetition relations, explore the scope of cooperation and cooperation to promote the stable development of enterprises.Firstly, this paper reviews the current researches of the co-opetition theory and supply chain enterprise development, and then introduces the co-opetition theory, supply chain management, organizational ecology theory and so on.Secondly, based on the analysis of the co-opetition relationship between the supply chain horizontal symmetrical enterprises and the influence of the core enterprise on the co-opetition relationship between the horizontal symmetrical enterprises, constructing the evolution model of horizontal symmetry enterprises size, simulating the process of enterprise size evolution in different cooperation effect, competition effect and core enterprise management effect, determining the range of co-opetition effects which are beneficial to the stable development of the horizontal symmetry enterprises, to explore how to adjust the cooperation relations and competition relations under different core enterprise management strategies to realize the further development of the enterprise.Thirdly, based on the analysis of the co-opetition relationship between the supply chain vertical asymmetric enterprises and the influence of the external disturbance,constructing the evolution model of vertical asymmetric enterprises size, simulating the process of enterprise size evolution in different cooperation effect, competition effect and external disturbance effect, determining the range of co-opetition effects which are beneficial to the stable development of the vertical asymmetric enterprises, exploring theimpact of different disturbance effects has on the enterprises size evolution, analyzing how to adjust the cooperation relations and competition relations under different disturbance to realize the further development of the enterprise.Finally, with coal port supply chain as an example, based on the present supply chain co-opetition status, using the above model to simulate the evolution of the horizontal symmetrical enterprises size and vertical asymmetric enterprises size, and put forward some suggestions on the co-opetition management between enterprises.
