In recent years, the global extreme natural disasters increased significantly, to have serious impact on power system. O ur country is a natural disaster-prone countries, all kinds of natural disasters, such as earthquake, snow will give caused heavy loss of life and property of the people. In 2008, for example, the south when natural disasters occur, may have been in the distribution network, transmission line tower collapsed destroy bad fault, such as the duration of the affected area is large, to the affected area brought serious influence people’s production and living. Power distribution network and power users directly connected, in the event of failure will directly affect the normal life of people more. Electrical area disaster situation, but if not quickly rush repairs to restore power, can cause huge losses of life and property. And repair work is the premise of power grid supplies reliable safeguard, therefore the grid supplies distribution center location and material distribution strategy research has important strategic significance. Refer to the related literature at home and abroad is presented in this paper, on the basis of the power grid supplies distribution center location and how to formulate a scientific and reasonable scheme of resource scheduling were studied.First of all, the chapter analyzes the characteristics of topology structure and the distribution network fault events. The distribution network fault events are graded so that we can quickly take corresponding measures after the incident. As well, the brief analysis of the distribution network emergency supplies for materials selection of distribution center and distribution of the distribution network plan ensure the formulation.Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theories of power supplies distribution center, analyzing the target and principle of the power supplies distribution centers’ location, summarizing the factors that affect power supplies distribution centers’ location, combined with the power supplies distribution center site selection procedures and constraints. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the multi-targets programming are used for the distribution center’s location, which lays the foundation for the distribution of the distribution network.Finally, considering the important degree of the fault point, the traffic road reliability, the material demand’s uncertainty and other factors that influence the distribution scheme using shard clustering algorithm for fault point, this paper establish an appropriate objective function of minimal sum of the power loss and the shipping cost. Besides, this paper uses the bacterial colony chemotaxis(BCC) algorithm to solve the model. This method is verified through the IEEE33 bus power system.
