Electric power is one of the basic industries of national economy, power supply is related to every household, power industry is closely related to social production and life. The service quality is very important to the survival and development of power supply enterprise. Especially in recent years, with the continuous development of social economy, the majority of customers have a higher feeling of power supply, power quality and service quality. Service quality is the fundamental way for power supply enterprises to build service brand, expand consumption market, and maintain sustainable development, and power supply enterprises to improve the power service marketing strategy and meet the growing needs of customers.Based on the service marketing theory, customer satisfaction index system and its application in power industry, the paper analyzes the customer satisfaction degree of electric power industry. The customer satisfaction is found by the Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau as an example. Focuses on the construction of a full range of multi dimensions and multi levels measurement index system of customer satisfaction, customer service system, is proposed to effectively improve customer satisfaction service management strategy combination, form a systematic project, aimed at is helpful to enhance the customer satisfaction of the power supply bureau, and hopes to play a valuable research to the broader field for the power industry in our country.
