Lack Of Coal Enterprise Environment Cost And The Compensation Research

With the high speed development of industrialization, the environment problem increasingly prominent, and environment on the one hand, for human social life and economic activities to provide resources and material basis, on the other hand also continues to restrict the social and economic development. Coal is a double-edged sword, it can not only promote economic development, and cause environmental pollution. As one of the high pollution industry, the coal industry in the process of coal mining production for the mining area environment caused serious damage, even outside of the mining area environment caused by pollution. Environmental problem has obvious external, however, when doing the production and business operation decision, coal enterprises tend to from their own interests, and rarely consider produced in the process of production and operation of environmental pollution and environmental damage. To enhance the people environmental protection consciousness, the state environmental protection laws and regulations gradually perfect, the pressure from their own survival and development of coal enterprises must strengthen the attention to environmental issues, so strengthen the study of environmental cost in coal enterprises is imperative.In this paper, on the basis of environmental cost at home and abroad for reference, study, combined with the actual situation of coal enterprises, analyses the current cost and environmental cost existing coal enterprises, and then select the appropriate method of measuring coal enterprises environmental costs, so as to provide a basis for the realization of the environmental cost in full compensation, finally put forward the coal enterprise environment cost compensation measures, and through the actual case to confirm the theoretical analysis. In order to study on the environmental costs of coal enterprises in our country as, realize the sustainable development of coal enterprise and the environment.
